About the Staff at The Sanctuary Surgical Center

  • The Sanctuary Surgical Center is a licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center by the state of Florida.

  • All personnel must be licensed and credentialed.

  • We only have Board Certified Anesthesiologists working with Dr. Arthur Handal in the OR, as well as RNS and Scrub Techs.

  • Dr. Arthur Handal is the Sanctuary Surgical Center Administrator.

  • Nicole is the Director of Nursing.

  • Giana as the Front office patient care liaison

  • Maura is the Surgical Coordinator.

  • Conchita, our Medical Assistant and Surgical Technician.

  • Aliana is our Circulating Nurse and Laser Specialist.

  • Lyana Issa & Ericka Quiroga as our Nurse Practitioners
